- By commissioning me you are confirming you have read and agree to my Terms Of Service.- Common commission types are shown below, you are more than welcome to inquire about other types and get a quote.- Prices are in USD ($) and represent the BASE price. Complexity or additional elements may incur additional charges.- Potential commercial work will require more in-depth discussion. Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...

- Maintain the right to post my work in any form.- Maintain the right to post commissions for advertising or sample purposes. However you can request that I not post your finished commission anywhere publicly.- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the Client...

- May NOT use your commission in any commercial capacity. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.- May NOT use ANY of my work in any block-chain related technology. This includes and is not limited to: NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.- May NOT use ANY of my work for AI learning, training, etc. or related technologies.- May print, edit, crop, resize, etc. your commission for personal use.- May post the commission to your own website/social media, as long as you credit or link back to me.- May request edits and corrections to finished pieces in case of artist errors (eg: an incorrect feature or color) free of charge.- May request edits or variations to the piece, with the understanding that this work may incur additional charges.

Payment:

- Payment is via Paypal Invoice and only in USD ($)- Commission work will only begin when payment is received.- For commissions that are over $100, you may request a partial payment plan of 50% up front and with the understanding you will not receive the finished piece until the invoice is paid in full.- I will wait one full week for payment before giving your slot to someone else.

Refund Policy:

- I allow full refunds before I've begun work.- I will issue a full refund if I had previously accepted payment but determine that I cannot deliver your piece.- Partial refunds may be given for pieces over $100, the amount will depend on what stage the commission is at when the refund is issued.- Otherwise, no refunds.
